Scarborough Senior Thamils Association (SSTA) is a community-based, non-profit organization dedicated to the well-being, dignity, and active participation of Tamil seniors living in Scarborough and surrounding areas of the Greater Toronto Area. Established with the vision of supporting aging members of the Tamil community, the association provides a welcoming space where seniors can stay socially connected, mentally active, and culturally engaged. SSTA plays an important role in reducing social isolation while promoting healthy, meaningful, and independent living among Tamil elders. The association regularly organizes social gatherings, cultural celebrations, health awareness sessions, educational workshops, and recreational activities tailored to the needs of seniors. Through these programs,
