About This Event

The Toronto Tamil Book Fair runs October 24 and 25, 2026, from 12:00 noon to 9:00 p.m. both days at the Malvern Family Resource Centre, 90 Little's Rd, Scarborough (M1B 5E2), according to the fair's official site and organiser announcements.

The fair is organised by the Toronto Tamil Book Fair team with the Canadian Tamil Congress and the United Sri Lanka Muslim Council of Canada as community partners. The official site lists supporting organisations including Tamil book publishers and writers' groups, and media supporters such as East FM, Tamil One TV, London Tamil TV, Monsoon Journal and Time FM.

The 2026 edition follows the inaugural fair held in 2025, which the Canadian Tamil Congress described as a success. The fair's theme is 'Books People Community — A Brighter Tomorrow', with programming celebrating Tamil books, language and community.
